Terms & Conditions
DEFINITION
- “You”/”Client” means the Person/Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made
- “We”/”Us”/”Company” means Adigas Yatra.
- “Independent Contractors” means Hotelier/Hotel owner, Owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway, Ferryboat owner/Operator, Coach owner/Operator, or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to render services to the client.
- “Tour Cost” means the amount mentioned in the Total Tour Cost column in the Booking form overleaf
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS FOR FOREX COMPONENT
- The card that swiped for payment of the tour’s foreign exchange should be of the cardholder himself/herself.
- The cardholder cannot use his/her card for payment of another person’s tour package.
- If husband, wife and two children are travelling together as a family, husband’s card is acceptable.
- The immediate family/kin, e.g. father can pay for the children, mother can pay for the children stands good. However, the person paying/cardholder should also be among the travelers.
- The FX payment is a part of BTQ of the passenger.
- For packages with FX (Foreign Exchange) component only, initial deposit amount collected in INR for booking, shall be adjusted towards the balance FX component at the time of final FX payment.
- The ROE(Rate of Exchange) for the entire FX component of the tour, shall be considered as per the prevailing ROE on the day final payment is being made.
- 75% with seat and no extra bed.
- For extra bed and seat full amount of tour cost.
- Charges for children mentioned applies only if they accompanied by 2 adults. If the child is accompanied by single adult full amount will be charged.

- The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times
- The Client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program and return to India as per the tour itinerary. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with the representative of the company at the appointed place, date and time.
- In case if a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
- Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
- If a client avails pre – tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which is included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre – tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre- tour or main tour services.
- The Company, reserves the right to withdraw tour membership from anyone whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the Company shall be under no liability to any such person. It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to the Company’s Managers, including Tour Managers, Employees,
- Servants and Agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by the Company
- Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect. No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of the Contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facilities shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
- The prices displayed have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of product development The Company reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before the Departure by the Client. Any Visa cost fluctuations will have to be borne by the passenger.
- In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by the Company, it shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance of the contrary is published.
- The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for:
- Any over stay expenses due to delay or changes in bus/ air/ trains / ship/ or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever.
- Sightseeing missed & / or program being cancelled after the commencement of the tour & before the due period due to any unavoidable situations which are beyond our control.
- Any Loss/Damage of baggage by the Airlines/Hotels/Coach/ Cruise.
- In the case of one or more but not all passengers signing ‘Booking Form’ it shall be deemed that others have duly authorized concerned signing passenger(s)
- Initial deposit just ensures only registration/participation on the tour but does not entitle any services like Tickets, Visas, and Hotel Accommodation until full payment has been received.
- We cannot endow with individual aid to any of the tour member for walking, dinning, getting on & off from any of the transport vehicle or other personal needs. So it is indispensable that a qualified companion must accompany such traveler who needs such assistance. In the absence thereof, such traveler will be joining the tour on his own risk and consequences.
- The client/Traveler must be of Indian Nationality and must have an Indian passport and his/her passport must be valid for at least 6 months subsequent to the scheduled date of return of the holiday (9 months in case of Malaysia and any other destination as informed from time to time by the Immigration Authorities)
- Company solely reserves the right to publish group photographs of the passengers taken during the tour.
- Distance, temperature & pre/post tour accommodation prices mentioned are approximate & are subject to change.
- Photo of meals & sightseeing shown are only for reference & may change from actual meals served/ sights.
- In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activity/ ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients, expecting women, people with Blood Pressure etc.
- In certain cases, the tour will be operated subject to a minimum number of passengers booking for the same. The services of a Tour Manager may be available in case of certain packages. In cases where the minimum passenger criteria is not fulfilled, you will be given an option of travelling on another day
- We highly recommend a Travel Insurance to be purchased
TRANSPORTATION
- Journey by reserved AC Vehicle Depending on the no of passengers. And on disposable basis but for hill stations Vehicle AC will not work.
- Journey tickets from your home town to starting point of the tour destination will be arranged by Bus/ Train / flights will be arranged as per your choice and convince and subject to availability. In such cases passengers have to pay the extra cost for such services.
- Where ever our vehicles will not be permitted by local taxi union (Ex Rohtang Pass) Customers should use the local transportation.
- In some places our vehicles are not allowed due to restrictions by police and local administration , and in some places our parking for our vehicles may be at far off places from the temples/ monuments/ tourist destination, in such cases customers should use the local transportation such as Cycle rickshaw, Battery operated Vehicles, autos …etc
- Tour cost may hike according to the fuel hike & other factors in the market without any prior notice.
ACCOMMODATION
- Accommodation in Hotel/camp/tent / Houseboat /Resort …etc will be done in a selected places for the convince of the customers, this places will depend on the place / area / climate and subject to availability. For ex example Temple is in Yamunotri , temple is in yamontri but there is no availability of stay in yamontri , stay will be given in the nearby or selected places it depends on area. Climate and availability
- The tourists will be allotted as per the Plan selected during the booking of the Customised on twin sharing basis, If the customers want to upgrade to different plan , cancellation charges for cancelling the old plan will be paid by the customer .
- If the family is consisting 3 members, a Triple bedded room will be given subject to availability in that hotel, otherwise they will be provided with an extra rollway bed. If you required another separate room you have to pay 35% extra on the tour cost at the time of booking.
- Room check-in & check out time depends upon hotel rules.
- During the tour, Complimentary Breakfast will be provided on the next day of halt, as per the selected plan, in some Places like Jungle Lodges and Hill Station, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be provided as per your plan and fixed menu basis.
- If Customer requests for additional meals, the meals will be arranged as per his selected plan, subject to availability in the hotel.
- In Customised tours there is no guide, if there is a Local Representative will provide information, some information regarding the places will be given by our office staff and also by the driver accompanying the tourists.
- If the Customers required specialized Guide services will be provided subject to availability and at additional Cost
- The tour manager will accompany if they are more than 20 people in the group. Local guide will be appointed by Company in Historical & Pilgrim places subject to the requirement and availability.
You have to travel in the same berth / seat which are allotted to you by Indian railways. Company is not holding any authority like lower, upper, side berth etc.
- 50% of the tour amount will be paid as advance at the time of booking and the balance will be paid before 30 days of commencement of tour .In the form of Cash paid at the office counter / D.D& Cheque to Adigas Yatra payable at Bangalore. The remaining amount should be paid before 30 days of tour commencement date. If you are failed to do so, without any notice the travels has the right to cancel or re-allot your seat to another person.The advance paid will neither refunded nor adjusted towards other tours or other persons. No Cash payment or online transfer other than ADIGAS YATRA account is not considered and entertained. Payment made to any person or personal account for the sake of tour is forbidden and the company is not responsible for such transaction. Get the Invoice for your payment within 2 working days if you are an outstation customer through email or Whatsapp.
- If you are willing to travel by higher Class, have to pay the difference amount at the time of booking only. For 3 A/c train tickets Rs 5,000/- & 2 A/c & 1 A/c Rs 10,000/- extra payable at the time of booking, that will be adjusted in the final payment.
- The person having Waiting list and RAC tickets at the time of tour has to make his own arrangements. The travels do not bear any responsibility for such tickets.
- Some times for your convenience train tickets boarding or reservations station will be changed. In such cases company will book the tickets without giving any prior notice, and the tourist has to bear the additional cost of that tickets. To avoid such inconvenience kindly book your seats minimum 4 months before.
- All tourists must carry their original ID Cards (Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving license) throughout the journey. If you fail to produce Age proof & ID card, Travels is not responsible for the later consequences. For North East, Nepal and Bhutan Tours ONLY VOTER ID OR PASSPORT. NO OTHER ID CARD IS VALID/CONSIDERED.
- Senior citizen while travelling in Indian Railways must carry original Aadhar Card.
- Senior citizen booked a tour should be accompanied by their family members or a blood relative is must.
- Package Tours does not mean it covers all the costs/expenses of the tour. Before booking ensure that what includes & excludes in the Package Cost. No discussion will be entertained after booking.
- Please go through Company rules and regulation thoroughly, as this confirms that you and your companions are well aware of the terms and conditions before booking.

- Once the advance amount is paid, it will not be refunded in any circumstances. The advance amount will be treated as administrative service charges.
- Before commencement of the tour, if there is decrease in no of passengers due to their personal problems, Health issues, Customer has to bear the losses and has to pay additional and Rooms, vehicle will be change according to the group size and all the losses are borne by the customer
- In case of the Customer size is Reduced Customer has to paid for the vehicle and rooms, the cost of tour will automatically increase per son and customer has to bear the additional cost
- For tickets booked in flight, refundable amount will depend on the Airlines/Agents policy in Indian destinations.
- Flight/Helicopter cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances in Muktinath Yatra, Rs.7,500/- is non refundable. In such case Vehicle arrangements will be made for the same cost, Interested Yatris will travel through road journey to Muktinath subject to a minimum of 6 pax travelling together. During the road journey to Mukthinath, the distance between Beni to Jomsom via Ghasa is 90 kms is country road is full of nature, The Jomsom to Mukthinath and back journey will be arranged by using local jeeps minimum of 12 passengers travelling together.
- Helicopter services for Amarnath, Vaishnodevi, Kedarnath tickets booking will be done through local booking agents by Adigas Yatra / Associates / Agents on the request of tourist, If due to any unforced conditions like bad weather/poor visibilities / technical problem… etc, helicopter cancelled whatever the actual refund made by the Helicopter companies to the agents/representatives and whatever the basic fare of the helicopter ticket cost will be refunded to the tourist when we receive the money from the agents. The agents will not refund their service charges. The company is not going to compensate any consequential losses occurred. The amount guest is paying for helicopter tickets includes pickup and drop and transfers to Helipad.
- You can cancel your booking by writing a Cancelation letter in person. The date on which Company receive the letter will be considered as the date for cancellation. Email / over the phone request will not be entertained / considered.
- Adigas Yatra/ Associates reserves the right to alter, amend and cancel the date, time, cost and itinerary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled from our end all amount paid by you will be refunded in full (Cheque only). But the Travels not going to compensate the consequential loss suffered.
- If the tour is discontinued by political reasons such as war, riot, bundh, Lockdown. Sudden outbreak of any Epidemic & Pandemic..etc / natural calamities like Cyclone, earth quake , Land slide, Snow fall, damage of road/ bridge, flood, death, theft or breakdown of vehicle , misconnection of train/flight, Darshan of Temples / Shrines, any sightseeing spots the tourist have to bear the losses. Adigas Yatra/Associates is not going to compensate it.
- In ongoing tour, if a sightseeing place / shrine is closed / cancelled due to any pandemic, epidemic, natural calamities, earth quake, flood, Cloudburst , any political reasons like riots, bundh etc the Management arrange the alternate sightseeing if available in that region. In such cases the cost occurs for extra stay and sightseeing is to be bear by the tourists.
- Adigas Yatra will not refund any amount on account of cancellation and the tour can be arranged on future dates based on availability and convince of the customer.
- Adigas Yatra is not responsible for any losses and will not compensate any consequential losses due to cancellation of the tour
- If the tourist refused to utilize the food and services provided by the Hotels, and missed the sightseeing program or discontinue the tour due to some personal reasons, he will not be entitled to claim the amount for unutilized services.
- If the tour cancelled before its commencement due to some unavoidable causes such as sudden outbreak of pandemic or epidemic, flood, earthquake, riots, cancellation of trains and flights on the schedule date, the Travels is not responsible for the consequential losses. The tourist has to bear all losses and not entitled to ask money refund, he has to replan the future date of the same tour which will be held by the Travels.
- Customers are bound to know the holidays of Heritage Sites, Monuments, Archaeological sites, temples….. Etc and any changes in the temporary closure of the above said sites, Adigas Yatra not responsible for the in any circumstances and all losses will be borne by customer
- Under any circumstances Travels neither increase nor decrease the number of days of the tour.
- In case of increase in number of days will be done on the availability of hotel, accommodation, Weather conditions and Vehicle upon paying the additional cost
- All entry fees, mineral water, daily using medicines, all rickshaws, taxi , boating, coolie, customs in Nepal border, cable charges, Doli /Poni charges, camera charges, food and breakfast during train journey, should borne by the passengers.
- Complementary Bag will be distributed onlyat the office (not at Railway station / Airport), who attend the pre departure meeting.
- Railway seat/berth reservations, confirmation of tickets, allotment of any type of berths/seats in the train are completely vested with railway department. Adigas Yatra/Associates facilitate your train tickets only after confirmation of the Customer.
- If there is any cancellation of Flight or Train Customer has to borne the losses
- The early check-in and late check-out of the rooms in hotel will be chargeable, inform Company well in advance to avail the services with the cost incurred there on.
- Adigas Yatra/Associates provides the available necessary documents for LTC/LFC purpose if requested at the time of booking, but does not undertake any responsibility for non-reimbursement of LTC/LFC. The sanction of LTC/LFC will be the whole discretion of the Institution.
- For any complaints, suits, claims, disputes of what so ever relating to any tour arrangements organized/conducted by Adigas Yatra and their associates/agents. The legal proceedings related to tours, the court, tribunals and forms are subjected to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
- Adigas Yatra is the tour operators and not owns any lodges/hotels/resorts, airlines, trains, cruises, coaches. So Company doesn’t have direct control over the suppliers.
- Circumstances beyond our control like outbreak of Epidemics and pandemics, road works, traffic congestions, weather/ road conditions, fairs, festivals, any events, any gatherings, strikes, change of management / closure & over bookings of hotels, flights cancellation/ re routing of flights/ railways, closure & restricted entry at a place of sightseeing and any other circumstances not mentioned herewith may result in changes in the services/ itineraries. Therefore, Company reserve the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the Tour package, Itinerary, schedule, travel plan, arrangements & sightseeing.
- As a tour operator Company provide tour packages as a whole. Travels clearly mention the cost inclusion and exclusion in the brochure. But company cannot bifurcate the tour cost as accommodation, travelling, food, State tax, toll, parking etc. Travellers have to get clarification if any before commencing the tour, after commencing or completion of tour any clarification will not be entertained.
- Adigas Yatra is the tour operators and not own any lodges/hotels/resorts, airlines, trains, cruises, coaches. So Company doesn’t have direct control over the suppliers.
- As per Central Government rules GST (GOODS AND SERVICE TAX) applicable for all tours on the total bill.
OTHER TERMS
- There is no Contract between the Company and the Client until
- the company has received the initial deposit as defined.
- The company has the right at any time and for any reason:
- To terminate this contract after acceptance of deposit but prior to the Commencement of Tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event, the company terminates this contract, the company shall refund the amount paid by the client without payment of any interest.
- To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion airline, flight routing or facility or discounts / concessions it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the clients or for any compensation claims made.
- To use alternate cruise liner, cabin category it has advertised or published or to substitute a cruise of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the clients or for any compensation claims made.
- No person other than the company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in the brochure.
- In the event of the company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such tour or holiday has been booked, the client shall have the right:
- To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered or,
- To accept any alternative tour or holiday which the company may offer. In either of these above cases, the client shall not be entitled to, or the company shall not be liable to the client for any damage, additional expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.
- To cancel the tour, in which event the cancellation charges as stated herein shall apply and the client will be liable to pay to the company such charges.
- The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for :
- Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
- Any act, omission, default of Independent Contractor or other person or beany servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities orservice for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.
- The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personaleffects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “Howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
- If the client has any complaint in respect of the services providedbyanyoftheIndependentContractors,theclientshall immediately notify the same in writing to the Independent Contractor and a copy there of should be handed over to the Tour Manager (if applicable) of the company in order to enable the company to take up the matter with the Independent Contractorso that in future other clients do not face the same difficulty.
- Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to the company inwriting within 7 days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim notified to this company beyond this period will be entertained and the company shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
- The tour is subject to RBI / GOI rules & regulations. Part of the tour cost will be paid in EURO/USD/AUD out of your BTQ.
- In case of any dispute, decision of Adigas Yatra will be final and binding.
FORCE MAJEURE
- The Company shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of terms and conditions/services/ tour or part thereof as above, if the performance thereof is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the company, which shall include acts of God, riots,wars, accidents, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, natural calamities or requisition (acts of government), or delays/ negligence/carelessness in the performance of the independent contractors caused by any such circumstances as referred herein. Any additional cost incurred by the Company, for the services provided to the Client, during the Force Majeure event, shall be paid by the Client.
- All dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the tour and services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Bengaluru only.
- Upon signing the booking form, these terms and conditions shall be binding on both the company the client and shall become the only basis of relations between the parties and all previous communications in whatsoever form or mode, whether oral or otherwise, with respect to any term or conditions of the tour and services shall stand cancelled /revoked/terminated. On behalf of the persons named in the booking form, I have read and understood the terms and conditions as mentioned hereinabove and as mentioned in the Brochure
OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Any offer will be applicable for stated packages bookable online on www.adigasyatra.com only.
- There may be minimum passenger requirement per booking for availing discounts through any offer. Please read the offer communication clearly.
- Any offer will be valid for payment options as stated in the offer.
- Adigas Yatra reserves the right to change/amend/ discontinue this any offer anytime without prior intimation.

All Payments Towards the tour Cost, Flight Tickets , or any other online entry tickets …etc must be made through NEFT/ Cheque /UPI/ Card/ Cash in the name of Adigas Yatra Current Account only , No payment should be made to any Individua or personal account .Incase of cash Payment demand for company receipt Immediately
